Booking & Policies

How do I book an appointment?
You can book directly through our website. Visit our booking page, choose your desired service, select a date and time, and confirm your appointment. You'll receive an instant confirmation.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and no-shows will forfeit the non-refundable deposit. If you have an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit is applied toward your total service cost at checkout.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through Square. Cash is also accepted.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time to settle in and discuss any skin concerns with your esthetician. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time.

Which facial is right for me?
If you're new to professional facials or short on time, the Express Maintenance Facial is a great starting point. For a fully personalized treatment, our Customized Clinical Facial is our most popular option. For the ultimate experience, choose the Luxury Signature Facial.
What is a chemical peel?
A chemical peel uses a professional-grade solution to exfoliate the outer layers of skin, promoting cell turnover and revealing smoother, brighter skin beneath. We offer three levels to match your skin's needs and tolerance.
How do I prepare for my facial?
Arrive with clean skin free of heavy makeup. Avoid retinol or strong exfoliants for 48 hours prior. Stay hydrated and let your esthetician know about any skin sensitivities, allergies, or medications.
What is the Clear Skin Program?
It's a structured 12-week program that combines 6 in-studio acne-focused facials with a personalized home-care routine. It begins with an initial consultation and appointments are scheduled every 2–3 weeks. A consultation is required before enrollment to ensure the program is the right fit for your skin.
Can I add services to my appointment?
Yes! We offer add-ons including LED Light Therapy ($25), Deep Exfoliation Boost ($30), and Corrective Serum Infusion ($40). These can be added to any facial appointment.

Membership & Bundles

How does membership work?
Choose between our Essential ($149/month) or Elevated ($199/month) membership. Each includes a monthly facial treatment and retail product savings. Your membership renews monthly and can be cancelled at any time after a 3-month commitment.
Can I upgrade my membership?
Absolutely. You can upgrade from Essential to Elevated at any time. The price difference will be prorated for the current billing cycle.
What's included in the treatment bundles?
Our bundles combine multiple treatments and products at a savings compared to booking individually. The Skin Reset ($575) is great for a fresh start, The Clarity Program ($1,050) is designed for acne, and The Bridal Radiance Plan ($1,150) prepares you for your wedding day.
Do bundles expire?
Bundles are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We recommend spacing treatments as directed by your esthetician for optimal results.

Products & Aftercare

What skincare brands do you use?
We exclusively use GlyMed Plus and Circadia by Dr. Pugliese — two professional-grade skincare lines trusted by licensed estheticians worldwide. Both brands are formulated with clinical-strength active ingredients.
Can I purchase products for home use?
Yes. We carry a curated selection of GlyMed Plus and Circadia products available for purchase after your consultation. Your esthetician will recommend products tailored to your specific skin needs.
What should I do after my treatment?
Aftercare varies by treatment. Generally, avoid direct sun exposure, skip heavy makeup for 24 hours, use gentle cleansers, and follow any specific instructions provided by your esthetician.
