Important Safety Information
- Retinol, retinal, tretinoin, and other topical retinoids should be paused 5–7 days prior to treatment; longer may be needed before waxing or intensive exfoliation depending on skin sensitivity.
- Clients currently taking Accutane (isotretinoin), or who have taken it within the past 6 months, are not eligible for waxing services; certain advanced treatments may also need to be postponed based on skin condition and provider guidance.
