Please review our policies before your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations and rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and no-shows will forfeit the non-refundable deposit. If you have an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Deposit Policy
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit processed securely through Square to confirm your appointment. The deposit is applied toward your total service cost at checkout. This helps us reserve your time and maintain availability for all clients.
Late Arrival
We understand that things come up. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your treatment time may be shortened to stay on schedule for our other clients. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and the deposit may be forfeited.
Refund Policy
No refunds are issued on completed services. Bundle and membership purchases are subject to their respective terms and conditions. Unused bundle sessions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Membership cancellations require written notice and are subject to a 3-month minimum commitment.
Health & Safety
Your safety is our top priority. Please inform your esthetician of any medical conditions, allergies, medications (including retinoids and blood thinners), or recent cosmetic procedures before your treatment. A patch test may be required before certain chemical peels and corrective treatments. We reserve the right to modify or decline a service if we believe it may not be safe for your skin.
Minor Policy
Clients under 18 years of age must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian before receiving any treatment. A parent or guardian must be present during the initial consultation for minor clients.
Product Returns
Unopened and unused retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Defective products will be replaced at no charge.
